All of our homes are stick built on your prepared lot on a crawl space foundation and are not modular. We have several homes completed and are currently building homes in Sneads Ferry and Monkey Junction in Wilmington. Canady Builders, Inc. takes pride in providing homebuyers with beautiful, quality-built homes at affordable prices. We use the most sophisticated technology available to operate at optimum efficiency in order to offer you a home that's built to the highest standards and specifications in the homebuilding industry at cost considerably lower than our competition.
